Group singles games of all categories, without semi-finals and finals.

7:30-7:50 a.m. warm-up time

7:50 a.m. - we begin the grand opening with a speech by the Organizer and Honorary Guests.

8:00 a.m. - first games, according to the schedule posted on the website https://pzbad.tournamentsoftware.com/

the last games of the day will be played until 10:00 p.m. (start of matches), only if necessary

Completion of group games in the event of not playing all games on Friday and further tournament matches according to the scheduled game plan.

The last games of the day will be played until 22:00 (start of matches) only if necessary.

Semi-final and final matches of all age categories of doubles and mixed games

The ceremonial end of the tournament, medal decoration and awarding of prizes will take place after playing all the planned games.

There is a possibility of decorating players after the final match of each group during the tournament, but only on February 2 (Sunday) after 12:00

Important: entry fees and health declarations entitling you to start in the tournament will be submitted at the organizer's table on Friday and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00

6. AGE CATEGORIES:

Open group (18+) women born in 2000 and younger but over 18 years of age.
Open group (18+) men born in 1995 and younger but over 18 years of age.

Group 0 women (25+) born in 1999 and older
• Group 0 men (30+) born in 1994 and older
• Group 1 (35+) women and men born in 1985-1989
• gr.2 (40+) women and men born 1980-1984
• gr.3 (45+) women and men born 1975-1979
• gr.4 (50+) women and men born 1970-1974
• gr.5 (55+) women and men born 1965-1969
• gr.6 (60+) women and men born 1960-1964
• gr.7 (65+) women and men born 1955-1959
• gr.8 (70+) women and men born 1950-1954
• gr.9 (75+) women and men born 1945-1949
• gr.10 (80+) women and men born to 31.12.1944

7. SYSTEM OF PLAY:
a. group-cup triples in all games.
b. tournament played in all types of games (SM, SK, DM, DK, MX) in each age category with a minimum number of 3 applications. If the number of applications is less than 3, players are automatically transferred to the younger group.
c. a player may play in a maximum of 2 types of games, but not in 2 age categories of the same type of game.
d. an older player may play in the younger category, using the rules for awarding points for a place in accordance with the rules for scoring the national senior list. Seniors may not go down to the Open category for men and women.
e. seeding according to the Senior Badminton Rules and in accordance with the current national senior classification list;

8. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
a. date of birth in accordance with point 6;
b. timely registration for games in accordance with point 5.
c. payment of the entry fee: PLN 100 for a singles game, PLN 100 for a doubles game per player.

d. possession of current sports medical examinations or submission of a declaration confirmed by the participant's signature that there are no health contraindications to participation in the tournament;
e. possession of the prescribed equipment (including shuttlecocks) and sports clothing.

In the event of an epidemiological threat, the current Regulation of the Prime Minister and the sanitary regime must be complied with.

9. GAME REGISTRATIONS:
a. applications for all games must be submitted on the application form available on the website https://bayjonn.ebadminton.com.pl/
b. players registering for the tournament are required to provide:
• name and surname, year of birth, type of game, partners for doubles games;
• and may also provide: declaration of playing in a younger age category, application for additional seeding without a club, other information (e.g. phone number).

11. AWARDS:
Medals are awarded for first, second and third place in individual age categories, partners and sponsors. Medals made especially for the occasion of the XI Bayjonn Premium Open Cup 2025.

15. ACCOMMODATION:

b. Hotels, guesthouses, apartments, hostels and others available during this period in the Tri-City.

16. FOOD:
Catering payable in the hall at the catering point.
The organizer provides free coffee, tea and shortbread cookies.

17. SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT STAND:
During the tournament, it will be possible to purchase sports equipment and use the LINING racket stringing service.

18. FINAL PROVISIONS:
a. the tournament is conducted in accordance with the XI BAYJONN PREMIUM OPEN CUP SENIORS & ELITE 2025 SOPOT Regulations

b. the tournament is held with the head judges

c. the order of darts for the 2024-2025 season announced by PZBad applies.

d. in disputes the main judge Marek Krawczyk decides.

e. the organizer is not responsible for the health of the players

20. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The organizer provides numerous attractions and surprises during the XI BAYJONN PREMIUM OPEN CUP SENIORS & ELITE 2025 SOPOT. During the tournament, the third edition of the selection "My favorite player of the XI BAYJONN PREMIUM OPEN CUP SENIORS & ELITE 2025 SOPOT tournament will take place. The winner will be distinguished by making a specially designed star cast in brass with his name and surname framed in granite and permanently placed in the pavement of the Bayjonn Sopot Hotel between the Alley of World Badminton Stars.
